• First, open the settings menu in Dota 2. From there, on the left-hand side, you can see the Hotkeys section.
• In this menu, you will find several settings. Navigate your way to the Chat under the Hotkeys section.
• When clicking the Chat menu on the left-hand side, you will find the Chat Wheel 1, Chat Wheel 2 on the right-hand side. In the picture, these are assigned to the keys Y, and U respectively. However, without a Dotaplus subscription, players are limited to only two hero-specific chat wheel voice lines, which can only be shared among their teammates.

The additional chat wheel voice lines can be unlocked with a Dotaplus subscription. Nevertheless, players must earn them by mastering the hero.

Once a player reaches a Grandmaster tier on a specific hero, all hero-specific chat wheel voice lines for that particular hero become permanently unlocked. Even if the Dota Plus subscription is cancelled, these unlocked voice lines remain usable.
