Pick'Ems have been a bit rough so far for the BLAST.tv Austin Major, but stage 2 is where it can all turn around.
This Stage might look like it's even harder, but don't worry, you can check out our Major simulator and try to predict the outcomes to get your best chance at the next Pick'Em coin. You can even link your Major token to automatically update your Pick'Ems in game.
If you're still unsure, though, we do have one more trick up our sleeves - the players themselves.
Let's see who they're picking.
Unsurprisingly, the two FaZe stars opted to put themselves to go through 3-0. The other 3-0 team they picked was Falcons, who we agree is probably a smart choice.
On the other end of things, their 0-3 choices were MIBR and Lynn Vision. Some might consider Lynn Vision lucky to be through considering their wins came against NRG, Legacy, and Chinggis Warriors, but we'll just have to see how Stage 2 plays out for that one.
They've also picked BetBoom, HEROIC, and B8 to all go through, showing that they think some of the Stage 1 teams can go really far in Austin.
The Falcons boys have gone a little different for their 3-0 picks. Of course, they picked themselves to go through 3-0, but instead of FaZe, they went for FURIA. The Brazilian team have looked good since the additions of YEKINDAR and molodoy, but their first obstacle is a very unpredictable Lynn Vision squad.
Their 0-3 is also very different, they've selected Nemiga and TYLOO to crash out of the event after surviving Stage 1. We don't know yet if they're good picks, but after watching what JamYoung did to FlyQuest we're not so sure.
The duo did pick FaZe to go through to Stage 3 at least, and like the FaZe stars, they also had faith in HEROIC, B8, and BetBoom to survive another Swiss stage.
Apparently great minds really do think alike, FalleN and YEKINDAR also went for themselves and Falcons to go 3-0. We really rate the confidence boys, but you might've wanted to check the simulator, you're going to play each other in a 3-0 game.
For their 0-3 picks, there's a bit of a lack of faith in the Brazilian scene, they've gone for MIBR. They also see M80 going 0-3, so we guess it might not be getting any better for the NA fans at their first Major since 2018.
