Dune: Awakening Code- How To Get A Free Skin

If you tried the Dune: Awakening demo, which featured a benchmark tool and the first half of the game's character creator, you'll have noticed a pop-up giving you a code for a skin once the game released.

Well, the game is now out for players who purchased the Deluxe edition, so the skin is now redeemable. Here's how you can activate your Dune:Awakening code to get a free skin.

Dune: Awakening Code

The code is the same for everyone and it is "WAKE-THE-SLEEPER". It is case-sensitive and requires the hyphens, so keep that in mind. In order for the code to work with your account, you need to have played the demo at least once.

Don't worry though, the demo's still available, so you can download it, boot it up, and become eligible. There is currently no information regarding when or if the code will stop working eventually.

If you have pre-purchased the standard edition of Dune: Awakening or intend to buy it on release, you can also use the demo to create your character in advance, which can then be imported to the full release. It will save you at least a few minutes.

How To Redeem The Code

The code is not redeemable in game. Instead, you need to access your account page and do it through there. Keep in mind that you also need to boot up the final release of Dune: Awakening at least once for the code to work.

Head onto https://account.duneawakening.com/ and sign in with your Steam account. Then head over to the Redeem Key tab on the left side of the screen, and type "WAKE-THE-SLEEPER" into the product-key textbox. You can copy-paste it directly onto it with the quotes and it will work.

What Do You Get?

The code will get you the Frameblade Knife in Dune: Awakening, a free skin. In order to equip it, simply open the menu, head to the customization tab, Melee Weapons, and you'll be able to change the appearance of any Kindjal into The Frameblade.

Other Free Dune: Awakening Cosmetics Available

Besides the Frameblade knife skin, you can also get cosmetics for construction materials in Dune: Awakening. Until June 24 at 1:59PM GMT you can watch twitch channels streaming the game with the DROPSENABLED tag to receive the three following cosmetics:

• Observer Foundation- Watch for 30 minutes.
• Observer Floor- Watch for 1 hour.
• Observer Wall- Watch for 2 hours.
